Type specimen: CNHM (FMNH) UR 97, a skull. Its type locality is Locality FA - Green Nodule Site, which is in a Leonardian terrestrial horizon in the Choza Formation of Texas.
Ecology: ground dwelling insectivore-herbivore
Distribution:
• Permian of United States (7: Oklahoma, Texas collections)
Total: 7 collections each including a single occurrence
